Spending my Christmas holidays at this hotel was a wonderful experience. the staff was always welcoming and friendly which made my stay even greater. the mattress in the room was amazing to sleep on and I woke up every day feeling refreshed. Another aspect that I enjoyed was the great location, which provided easy access to the best places in the city.
The timed hot water availability. I had to request hot water from the hotel for a non-morning shower, which was inconvenient.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and the mattress was awesome. Staff were friendly and hospitable, always willing to help. The location was also a key selling point, with easy access to local attractions. One of the best aspects was that the rooms were ergonomically designed, keeping guest comfort a top priority. I really appreciated that.
The timed hot water availability was very inconvenient. One had to request the receptionist for hot water, and even then, you had to wait for the boiler to heat it, which took forever except for in the morning.

The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities provided were excellent. We also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to explore the city. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.
